Disney's Wilderness Lodge
This lodge was actually inspired off the National Park Services like Ahwahnee in Yosemite or Old Faith Inn at Yellowstone. This lodge is amazing complete with great food and a pool that's to die for. And if you get bored there's one hundred Mickey's hiding for you to find.
The atmosphere is awesome and it's nice and close to Magic Kingdom which is very convenient. Oh yes and then there is that fabulous pool. This is the lodge that goes that extra mile to start your Walt Disney World vacation off to the right start. Don't be surprised if you find a welcome bouquet of balloons in your room.
Walt Disney World Swan
Overall this is a great hotel with plenty to do and see. They rooms are roomy and nice but not too large. The hotel is in great shape and the rooms are priced well. This is a nice affordable hotel that deserves your attention if you are looking for value Walt Disney World hotels.
Disney Old Key West Resort
This was the first Vacation Club resort. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and it has all the amenities you could possibly want. Get up in the morning, enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch while you watch the birds feed and the golfers chase those little balls. This is a resort that makes you feel welcome and at home.
Disney Boardwalk Villas Resort
This is one of the best places with great entertainment, great rooms, and great food. You can walk to Epcot in no time and there is transportation to the parks if you don't feel like walking. You'll love the impressive New England style lobby and you sure can't beat the location.
Radisson Resort
Located about 2 miles from the main Disney World gates it features 22 landscaped acres, three pools, a waterslide, and over 700 rooms. If you want to stay off site this is the best choice by far. You can easily watch the fireworks each night and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. It's a place you can lie back and relax.
Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort
This is a nice resort but you do have to get used to the crowds due to it's popularity. You'll wait a while before you are able to catch a bus but it's worth it. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. The rooms are well looked after and the staff are very helpful. For a middle price range in the Walt Disney World hotels it ranks pretty good. It used to be called Dixie Land.
